Detox, no matter from what poison, always requires a balanced mineral balance. On the one hand, many minerals and trace elements are directly involved in detoxification and drainage. On the other hand, they enable the detoxification and drainage organs to work properly. Since the depletion of minerals is particularly high when the body is drained, the body's own mineral and trace element depots should be filled well before starting the procedure. A determination of the deficits by a laboratory with subsequent targeted supply would be ideal. I am aware that not everyone can afford these examinations, especially since they are not all financed by health insurance. Alternatively, you can use a full-spectrum multivitamin. My choice is HiLife from VitaminExpress. It is the only preparation I know of that contains the whole plant in a processed form instead of just a collection of individual substances. The mineral balance can be further stabilized in the long term with Himalaya and other ancient salts.
It's best to start with a few weeks of Essiac Tea (e.g. "Flor Essence") to bring the intestines into shape and initiate a first detoxification. If the intestine is already in good condition, this step is not absolutely necessary, but it helps even then.
For mercury use coriander, chlorella and zeolite.
For aluminium use wild garlic, chlorella, magnesium and zeolite.
Coriander and wild garlic dissolve the metals from the tissue, chlorella binds them in the liver and magnesium prevents storage in the tissue. Zeolite binds toxins in the intestine, thus preventing reabsorption and supporting excretion. Alternatively, you can also use bentonite or both together.
Malic acid (e.g. apples) and the vitamins C and E are very good helpers here. I combine the ingredients several times a week in a delicious green smoothie, which I drink throughout the day. Apples and ground almonds are ideal for this. Personally, I would rather advise against pills and capsules, as I believe that we should always take vitamins together with the associated phytochemicals. If these are not available, a large part is simply flushed through the intestine. Then the body cannot do much with the small amount that it is able to absorb, since the substances involved in metabolic processes are required in sufficient quantities and the right combination. Everything you need is available in high-quality (organic!) vegetables and fruits.
Coriander is mainly used in Asian cuisine because of its flavour. You can also add it to a smoothie or as a topping on your salad. I mainly use wild garlic for pesto. Prepare as much as possible in the spring and then use it up over the next few months. It is important that you never boil the herbs. Always use them raw. Take chlorella and magnesium according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure everything is organic. Chemically grown plants contain only few nutrients. That doesn't get you very far.
You should plan with two to three years for this procedure. You don't have to do it every day either. The important thing is that you stick with it and give your body the nutrition it needs on a regular basis. One can feel the first positive changes after just a few months. I started this years ago and have never stopped. In particular, the combination with the smoothies gives me so much energy that I now only eat one cooked meal a day.
