To give healing a chance, the first thing we need is the right attitude. If we think we are terminally ill, then we are. A rethinking must take place by making us aware that the body can heal all diseases by itself. Quantum physics teaches us that the mind has a significant influence on the reality we experience. Consequently, only a positive attitude of mind can lead to healing. We cannot reach a state that we consider impossible. The spirit does not allow that. This statement is controversial, I know. But it is exactly what I have observed in many people. Improvement only occurs when we expect it.

Let's say you go to the doctor and they tell you you have cancer. All your alarm bells are go off right away. That's a death sentence! Actually it is not, but we think it is because that's what we were taught. When you believe it, you pass this information on to your body via corresponding emotions, as well as electrical and chemical signals. Your body reacts to this and implements what your spirit tells it to do. It prepares for death. If the doctor then tells you that you only have six months to live and you believe that, your body adjusts to death in six months. Epigenetics teaches us that this is actually the case. Our perception determines the behaviour of our cells. Unfortunately, doctors who make such prognoses are ultimately right and do not realize that they themselves may have ordered the outcome of the disease in this cruel way. If the doctor had said you had two years to live, death would most likely not come until then. If he had told you that you had a good chance, you would actually have one.

We must realize that healing is not an external force. Healing comes from within. Nobody can heal you. Only you can heal yourself because only you can give your body the command to do so. It doesn't matter what other people tell you, including me, it's up to you. Modern medicine also recognizes these facts and has even names for it. It's called placebo and nocebo effects. There are tons of studies showing that just believing in the healing powers of a treatment can bring about healing. Everything possible was tested. The subjects were given pure sugar pills, operations were simulated, casts and bandages were applied, prayers were said and so on. All to simulate treatments that never took place. And yet, for many subjects, the healing came all by itself. What surprises me the most, is the fact that this even works with fake operations. If that works, then anything is possible. There are no limits. There are only limits that we impose on ourselves. To make it short, allow yourself to heal!

"There are no incurable diseases, only incurable people." Dr. Leonard Coldwell

But before you leave, let me talk about a second point. It's about our attitude towards nature. We have been taught that we are in a constant fight with mother nature. She is constantly trying to kill us. Be it through wild animals, poisonous plants, viruses and bacteria, parasites, storms and catastrophes. Everything seems to be aimed at harming people. An eternal war against humans, if you will. That's totally wrong. No creature in nature is at war except humans. We wage war against nature, not the other way around. Everything in nature strives for symbiosis, for cooperation. Every living being has its place and its task to fulfil, including humans. Unfortunately, we are now so extremely denatured that many of us can no longer even see this.

Let's for example take a look at today's medical textbooks. There is talk of invasions and enemies, of fights, of killer cells and pests, of attacks and soldiers, of defence mechanisms, of the immune system and its defensive battles. All negative, destructive terms. You will find almost nothing positive. There is war everywhere you look. If you recall what was said above, it should quickly become clear that such an attitude towards our environment cannot be good. When we have such a negative picture of reality, we cannot have positive experiences. I would be in favour of rethinking all these terms. We should use words that describe the symbiotic relationship with nature instead of resorting to war rhetoric. We need to realize that what we call symptoms are, in many cases, simply signalling, repairing, and detoxification processes. Bacteria are not there to harm us. They digest the food for us and take out the garbage. Without them we would not survive. The situation is similar with parasites and fungi. Predators do not exist simply to senselessly kill everything in their path. They regulate the populations of other animals so that no single species can upset the balance of nature. This is not a war. This is a finely tuned system in which all living things do their part to maintain it. From the very small to the very large. We are all part of this creation.

If we now have an ailment, it would be much wiser to think about why we have it. What is happening there? What is the purpose of it? When I have a headache, I can launch an attack and take pills to combat the symptom. Or I examine what could be the cause. Maybe my body is just telling me that my brain is missing something. Sleep, water, nutrients maybe. I can drink a glass of water, eat something nutritious, and maybe even take a nap. Most of the time that already fixes the problem. Now, exactly what it was is actually irrelevant. The important thing is that I did not fight my body. I listened to my body. I did it a favour. Again, we are not at war. Body, mind and soul live in symbiosis with each other. Only when we recognize this and act accordingly, we can attain a state of health and integrity. A state of unity of body, mind and spirit.

All the best!
